My Personal Reflections on the Process so far

I believe I have a reasonable set of IT skills even though this is the very first time I have ever entered the world of blogging.  My initiation has not been the smoothest.

I am finding it very difficult to navigate my way through the maze of this course partly because the instructions and requirements seem to be scattered hither, thither and yon.

Module 1B-4: Activity 1: Audit of MOE's ICT Use

Uses of ICT:
By my assessment, the main uses of ICT in the Ministry of Education can be summarized as follows:

1. Data gathering and research.
2. Data storage
3. Data analysis and reporting
4. Communication

None of the categories above is being utilized at its optimal level but I wish to single out communication as one which can be more effectively utilized.
